reportProperties.png Report Properties
Manage report properties, including display properties such as adding vertical lines, numbering the rows, showing a total row count and/or suppressing empty columns.

Display tab: Set the properties of the overall report, suppress blank rows, include cell notes, allow row expansion, show splits in accounts, suppress rows if all zeroes or blanks, suppress rollups, show logos on reports, set default line note location, and much more. Turning off the ability to expand or collapse rows reduces the number of calculations the report requires, and may cause it to run more quickly.

Suppress Rollups conceals rollups of expanded elements in the Matrix Report builder. It also hides expand/collapse controls in HTML reports.

Checking Suppress Rollups unchecks and disables:

  • Show total rows at bottom
  • Allow rows to be expanded

Style Tab: Set the column width in pixels, alter header and data font sizes and colors.

Conditional Formatting Tab: Set, add, or remove conditional formatting rules

Numbers tab: Set how zeroes display, select precision, choose a thousands separator, pick a magnitude, preview the formatting, and select a format for negative numbers.
