Tells reports to  round numbers to the nearest:

  • Hundreds
  • (Default) Thousands
  • Ten Thousands
  • Hundred Thousands
  • Millions
  • Ten Millions
  • Hundred Millions
  • Billions
  • No Rounding: display the exact numbers

Show zero in cells with no data

Tells report how to display cells with no data: 

  • Select to show zeros where no data exists.
  • Uncheck to show blanks where no data exists.

Security block result text


 

Tells report what to display in place of the data on save.

If you select the Always clear data upon save user setting, the report replaces the data with the text you enter here.  The security text displays until the viewer logs in and selects Refresh.

Select and you get list of current errors referencing relevant cells when you click Refresh.

  • Always clear data upon save: Tells report to clear the sensitive data and replace it with the security block result text every time the user saves. 
  • Never clear data upon save: Tells report to never clear the sensitive data and replace it with the security block result text when user saves.
