Browse Perspectives
You navigate to dashboards and charts from a perspective.You can view available perspectives from the perspectives overview as tiles in grid mode or as a list in list mode.
Grid Mode
Grid mode organizes and displays perspectives as tiles within a Personal folder or Shared folder. A tile is a clickable representation of the perspective. Each tile has information about the contents, like the number of dashboards and an indicator on shared perspectives that your own.
From the perspectives overview, select for grid mode. Grid mode is the default view.
List Mode
List mode organizes and display perspectives as list in a table. From the perspectives overview, select for list mode. Select the perspective title to view dashboards and charts:
Sort Perspectives
Available in grid mode or list mode.
You can sort perspectives in ascending or descending order, by title, shared, owner, or created date. Select the Filter icon and select sort options from the drop-down. A check indicates the sort selection:

You can browse and view dashboards and charts when in grid mode:
You can view charts as a slide deck in presentation mode:
Use the left panel to scroll through the slide deck and click an image to see a larger view a chart in the presentation area Use Page up and Page Down keys on your keyboard to scroll the slide deck.
Scroll a Long List of Dashboards
Open a Chart in Full View
Available in grid mode.
You can open a chart in an expanded view. Hover your mouse over a chart and select the Full View icon . The chart displays its own window. Select X to close the window.
Download a Dashboard or Chart as an Image
Available in grid mode.
You can download a 1 dashboard and all its charts as an image or 2 a single chart as an image.
Select the More icon and select Download Image to save as an image
<dashboard name>.png
or <chart name>.png
and download to your desktop.
You can create perspective snapshots, a PDF of a perspective and all its dashboards and charts, and send to it to a target audience.
