Set the Default Currency

Explains how to set the default currency for OfficeConnect report and describes how these defaults affect report data.

New workbook defaults use the currency associated with the Organization level default. If your report includes Organization elements with different currencies, the report displays the currency associated with the Organization level. You can change this setting to have the entire report use the corporate currency.

Either setting can be overridden when you add individual currency elements to report filters, columns, rows, or cell. Currency defaults and elements follow the precedence rules.

To change the default:

  1. Click Workbook Properties WoekbookProperties.png > Currency.
  2. Select whether you want the report to use level currency or your corporate currency.
  3. Click OK.
