Start OfficeConnect

Explains how to open OfficeConnect for Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Verify that you have installed OfficeConnect.

  1. From the Start menu or Start screen, find the Adaptive OfficeConnect folder and click OfficeConnect for Excel, Word or PowerPoint.

    If you start Microsoft Excel, Word or PowerPoint without the Adaptive logo, the OfficeConnect tab is not available.
     
  2. Enter your Adaptive Insights user ID and password.
  3. You may be prompted to update OfficeConnect. Always click Yes to get the latest version. 
  4. When you're connected, you see the OfficeConnect tab in the ribbon:
