Are we able to specify time periods in our Actuals and budget plan versions? Currently our Actuals version is monthly, but we would like to add a period 13 to each year to account for any year-end adjustments, so one year would be 13 periods (Jan - Dec + period 13). Is this possible?
With the current functionality, it is not possible to allow for 13 periods in one year. There is a current enhancement request for this functionality (request # is 6012).
When clients have a 13th period or an accounting audit adjustment period, they will typically combine this information into the last month of the fiscal year and add a sheet note so that users are aware of this.
