Why am I receiving an error message saying that "one or more component scripts failed to download" when I go to the Workflow tab?
If a user receives the error message shown below when clicking the Workflow tab, it typically means they have Internet Explorer's Compatibility View Mode Enabled.
To disable Compatibility View Mode, please take the following steps:
1. If there is a small, blue sheet to the right of the URL as shown below, click the sheet. It should turn grey, meaning the compatibility view mode has been disabled. Reload the sheet, and click the Workflow tab. It should load successfully.
2. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Mode and ensure it is not enabled.
3. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Mode settings and ensure Adaptive Insights/Planning is not listed in the box (see screenshot below).
4. If you are still receiving the error, ensure that Adaptive Insights/Planning is not listed as an Intranet Site. To do this, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Local Intranet Icon > Sites > Advanced > and remove Adaptive Insights/Planning if it is listed as a local Intranet Site.
