Why are no Actuals displaying for my account?
You can disable Actuals on an account by account basis using the setting No Actuals for account (show plan data). This setting can be found under Detail when selecting the particular account from the Modeling menu (Manage Your GL/Custom/Metric Accounts).
This will remove the Actuals overlay for this particular account and it will only show plan data specific to that plan version. Please note, the color of data stems from the Actuals setting in the version. Even when Actuals are disabled for an account, the values still show as green in Actuals months.
If the account is set to Enable Actuals, but Actuals are still not showing, one thing you might check is if the account has data in the Actuals version itself. You can do so by changing the drop-down in the upper-right of a sheet to your Actuals version and looking at the same sheet and level for the Actuals months.
