Is there a quick way to make a mass change to our Accounts to make them public versus private?
With current functionality, the append functionality is only for adding new accounts and it cannot be used to update the details on already existing accounts. When you update settings on “already existing” accounts, you have to update them for each account in the user interface (in the Manage Your… Accounts screens).
We would suggest submitting this enhancement via our Product Feedback program, which can be accessed from the Help drop-down in your model. Our Product Management team frequently reviews these entries, so there will be more visibility and other users can vote on the idea.
