I am an Admin user and when I go to the formulas tab and select an account everything is disabled. That is, I can’t select any levels, Select ALL is disabled, the Set Formula button is disabled etc.
Do you have any idea why this is the case?
If Shared Formulas are not editable for a version, you can check the following in Modeling > Versions:
1. Check to see if the version is locked. It is not possible to edit shared formulas in a locked version.
2. Check to see if Lock leading months through is set for the version. When the lock leading months through feature is set to a particular month, the system will prevent all changes to data in the version in the selected month and any previous month including any changes to Shared Formulas for the version. Having ANY month in Lock leading months through will lock the entire Shared Formulas page. Click here for additional information about the lock leading months through feature.
