Defining Folder Details

For Planning Only

These are the different fields available when creating a new folder or editing an existing folder:

  • Name: Give the folder a name.
  • Short name: Give the folder a short name to be used when there isn’t enough space to show its full name.
  • Description: This field is optional.
  • Administrators: Specify whether the folder will be hidden or visible for administra­tors.
  • Users: Specify whether the folder will be hidden or visible for non-administrative users.
  • Editable sheet access: Specify whether the folder will be hidden or visible to users with the Editable sheet access permission.
  • Group: If you have user groups defined on your instance, you can specify whether the folder will be hidden or visible to them using the drop-down menus here.
