The import file was fully populated but after the import was deemed successful, we found that the system had not imported the data in the date columns. Why is this not working?
This type of behavior typically occurs when the date column is not formatted to text: mmm-yyyy. If the format in the import file is not mmm-yyyy, when the values are imported data in the cells will not show up in the Adaptive Suite. So, you might check to see if the date format in the import template has been changed to something else, for example date: dd-mm-yyyy.
