Intacct Error: Invalid IP Address

Question

Why did I receive an error saying that I am using an incorrect password or invalid IP address?

Answer

If you receive an error message when importing using an Intacct connector that indicates your password or IP address is invalid without changing your password, your IP address is likely invalid.

In response to the Heartbleed security threat, Intacct has advised their customers to configure their Intacct installation to restrict access to Intacct by IP address. See the article below for details.

If this change has been made in your configuration, please add the Adaptive Insights data center IP addresses below from which the connector is trying to access Intacct.
