Why Can't Users See A New Perspective? (Steps To Publish A Perspective)

Question

Why can't I or my users see a newly created Perspective in Discovery?

Answer

When creating a new Perspective in Discovery it will not be published to any user by default (unless it is a Personal Perspective, which will be visible to only you by default).

After creating the Perspective you can go to the Visual Designer, click on the drop-down arrows to the right of the Perspective when you hover over it, select "Publish this perspective" from the drop-down menu, and then add the necessary users and/or levels. You can quickly publish the Perspective to all users by selecting "All Users" in the Groups category.
