Visual Preferences

Explains how to add a corporate logo and how to enable user avatars from Administration Visual Preferences.

Use Visual Preferences to customize your instance with your corporate logo and enable or disable user avatars. When you add a logo it appears at the top of the page next to the Adaptive Planning logo.

 

To update visual preferences:

  1. Navigate to: Administration > Visual Preferences.
  2. Fields you can update include:
    • Customer Logo: The customer logo appears at the top of the page next to the Adaptive Planning logo. 
      • No customer logo: Hides the customer logo. 
      • Import file: Click Choose File and browse to upload a customer logo. The maximum file size is 40 MB. Supported file types are JPG and PNG.
    • User Avatars: Select Allow avatars to enable users to include avatars when they edit their personal information. Refer to Editing Your Personal Information.
  3. Click Save.
