Why do I need to associate a valid email address to my Adaptive Insights user?
If you have multiple logins or usernames then you should setup each login with a valid email address. This important for a few reasons:
- If you ever need to reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
- If you need to submit a ticket to support. Without a valid email address you will not receive their responses.
- If you want users to email you reports within the application.
